Handicapped people have got the same right to enjoy the pleasure of normal life just like others in common. When talking about handicapped people at home, it might be a little problem few decades ago to enable facilities for helping them do activities. Unavailable stuff could be a reason. But the recent increase of technology has provided almost every needed facility in order to help them enjoy their life.
